Not very intuitive set up a lot of box and nothing works properly

Not really happy how the app works too. Many obstacles seems to be way more complicated than it should be. I appreciate your efforts to improve the user experience, but I must express my frustration with the current process. I spent a significant portion of my Sunday morning trying to activate $400 worth of Prezzee cards for someone aged between 40 and 50, who isn't familiar with using various apps. Unfortunately, I found the process to be quite cumbersome and not intuitive, especially since there was no customer support available on a Sunday morning. It seems that the system is more focused on purchasing cards rather than managing them efficiently. I attempted to activate multiple cards, but I couldn't manage them all within the same app session. This lack of intuitiveness is particularly challenging when using either the online or app login. Developers often complicate processes that should be straightforward for the average user. The basic functions—buying, activating, and using the cards—should be simple and user-friendly. For someone unfamiliar with Prezzee cards, the current setup is unnecessarily complex. I hope this feedback helps in simplifying the process for future users. Best regards

The countdown vouchers don’t allow you to view your actual balance. You tell it to update and it gives you the card value, not how much is in the actual card. Pretty average
