Opening application

When using this app, I am only able to open the application 50% of the time without coming into complications. It does not let me login and continues to say ‘something went wrong’, which is typically in line with receiving a message from my clinic that I need to read and cannot access. Have tried turning phone on and off and refreshing and updating app, but no luck.

Hi Sarah, thanks for taking the time to give your feedback on using Salve. What you're describing sounds like it could be to do with the network you're connected to, like a workplace wifi network or VPN. Sometimes certain networks have security protocols in place that affect Salve's ability to connect. Please try switching to another network or mobile data or turning off your VPN if applicable to see if that is in fact the issue.

Salve has potential but needs significant improvements

Hi Salve team. The user experience in Salve is super complex, which can be overwhelming for not experienced users. The app frequently kicks me out of facial recognition entry, causing frustration and interruptions in usage. A major improvement would be to enhance the stability of this feature.

One significant drawback is the lack of message sorting options. I am unable to delete unnecessary messages, edit them, or perform other organizational tasks, leading to cluttered and inefficient message management. Adding these functionalities would greatly enhance the user experience.

Another issue is that every thread saves as a separate entity, without the ability to delete messages or archive them. This makes it challenging for me to find specific information and contributes to a cluttered interface. Implementing a system for organizing threads or allowing users to delete/archive messages would greatly improve usability and reduce confusion.

Overall, Salve has potential but needs significant improvements in user experience, stability, and organizational features to provide a seamless and efficient messaging experience.

Regarding biometric login, this certainly doesn't sound right. As we can't see account details via App Store reviews, it would be great if you could email us at hello@salveapp.co.uk so that we can look into this bug for you. We don't tend to receive a lot of reports of this kind, so it may be related to your specific device or installation of Salve.

On to messaging, we have big plans to introduce a messaging revamp later in the year which will include message archiving, drafts, search, group chats (i.e. with partners, surrogates, translators, etc. included), and over all better patient autonomy over inboxes.

Worst app ever

Can’t even create a password without the system crashing.

Sorry to hear you're having issues creating an account! An error at the password setting stage is usually caused by the email address or phone number you're entering into Salve not matching what's in your patient record at your clinic, or your email address being in more than one patient record e.g. your partner's if applicable, or a duplicate. Please email us at hello@salveapp.co.uk so we can help you find the exact cause and how to fix it with your clinic.
