I have two schools loaded in this app, my biggest issue is the alerts/notifications after having checked it (and often marking all alerts as read) is the notification badge doesn’t clear.

I know I can turn that setting off via iOS settings but that defeats the purpose of being notified of an alert.

I have 3 schools loaded through this app, and generally it works ok. Notifications however can be hit and miss. If I see the notification as it arrives, I know which school is involved, but often I can spend a while going through all the schools trying to find out which one sent the message. Sometimes the answer is simple and obvious but sometimes there are no obvious alerts. Occasionally 9 alerts will come through, all for events I have already seen. Also, the app occasionally forgets which schools I have joined for, and I have to choose schools again.

Go back to the days of email. Or write an app that works. I hate the constant notifications for things I haven’t asked for, the difficulty finding things I have asked for, the lack of calendar integration for events the school is scheduling, the constant opening of web browsers for newsletters, and more.

I miss the days when I could simply look at a physical newsletter and put it in my calendar. Or read email that went to a mailing list of people who were interested in receiving it. But no, I’m stuck with this garbage. Honestly, did nobody test it before subjecting us to it?

... but at least I can see them dates, I guess.
