Great app, still some improvements to be made
The app works amazingly so far and allows me to do almost all things like on PC. One feature I would like a lot is to be able to copy a comment (staff only) on an order. Currently it doesn’t allow you to copy anything at all. If this can be added definitely be 5 stars!!

No customer support when things go wrong
DO NOT RECOMMEND Shopify used to be a joy to use, the ease of calling someone who would resolve issues within minutes was the reason we chose to build our ecommerce platform on Shopify. Now there is no way of speaking to someone. This means spending hours of frustration trying to speak to a bot (who says it's not a bot) or wading your way through countless "help" links that go around in circles. I find it astonishing that large businesses such as these don't offer a way to speak to a real person. We are currently looking for a new ecommerce platform. Unless you have your own IT support who can fix issues and glitches, stay away from Shopify as an e-commerce service

Great app
Thank you for adding dark mode for your iOS 13 widget!! AND also thank you so much for adding a option to view abandoned checkouts... I sent a review on the app a little while ago asking about these and they were actually addressed I am very impressed! The Shopify app works great in my daily workflow now I’m so happy. Almost 1000 sales on Shopify so far 🙏 best e-commerce platform I’ve ever used thanks guys!
