Great App
I’ve been using this app along with my hearing aids for about 6 months and have it really useful.
The only other thing I’d like to see is a ‘locate my hearing aids’ function.... You can probably figure out why.... 🤣
Age related hearing loss
The difficulties of navigating this app are beyond the technical abilities of your major market sector .
Whilst the Bluetooth facility in itself is a welcome asset, it’s access and management is more than most of your clients can easily manage.
Pairing with my IPad has proven impossible and even after reloading this app has still proven impossible to achieve pairing.
Another journey to my hearing aid provider is now necessary to try to remedy this situation.
Unnecessary travel and costs involved are often problematical for the elderly.
Signia Hearing Aids
The app will not hold the chosen settings.
Each day I have to reset, very frustrating.
When setting a level sometimes it won’t respond with the reassuring click, Nothing happens??
Poor performing app compared to all others.
P.S. I have attempted to send & can’t believe that all nick names I try have been taken????
