Sign up for employee
I can’t sign up for employee. When i press the sign up in the app it redirect me to the website to choose between “Employee” or “Employer”. But when I click employee it told me to download app to sign up. That’s a dead loop
Logged out and new password won’t work
Looks like your latest update broke the app for me. I got logged out for the first time and of course don’t know my password.. no biggie, I can reset it. I reset it on your website through my email reset link with no issues. I go to login on your app and my new password doesn’t pass validation. I used 24 characters, containing 4 symbols, 1 number and a mix of upper and lowercase. Most likely a issue with the apps field validation as I was able to save this password on your site. Not really sure what to do now, but not a big deal for me because I only use it for payslips which I also get via email 😇 good luck!
There’s a Bug
Downloaded this App and initially it worked perfectly had no problems at all. Easy to use and loved it. Since the update it no longer works on my device. I get a message that says can’t connect to server. So I can’t get past this to enter the email address and password. Doesn’t matter if I use mobile data or WIFI. Have deleted the app and reinstalled many times but can’t get it to work. Works perfectly on someone else’s phone who has the same phone as me. Definitely a bug here that needs fixing. Please can this be fixed ?
