Excellent app - I use it everyday
I’m so impressed with this app. It saves me so much time and is very good value for money. Great for time blocking and getting those tasks completed. Also great for jotting down ideas for future use. If you have an iPhone or Mac or iPad, then you should take a look.

It's great but it can get overwhelmed.
I want to love Sorted³. I managed to set myself up with a bunch of Shortcuts that let me link Craft tasks to Sorted³ which was great. However, I felt that in the end it can only really manage about 3 days of work at a time. The thing it lacks is the ability to move an overflow of tasks from the end of one day to the next day. This makes the process of dealing with an overwhelmed task list a manual process again. For example, I was going on a work trip overseas in a month and I wanted to know if I was going to be able to finish everything that I needed done. This was way to big of a query to ask Sorted³ to help with. I'd love to see some improvements to this app to help with this. However if you're just trying to make today and tomorrow make sense. You'll love sorted and then ability to drag your finger down list to select multiple items in the touch screen apps is genius and now so completely obvious.
Timezone still broken
I was an early adopter of this app, which I thought was fantastic so I paid for lifetime. However, I live in New Zealand and there’s a bug with my timezone: repeating tasks repeat a day early for all successive tasks. I reached out to tech support, which were responsive to be fair, but there was no promise to fix this issue. Years on this is still broken. I keep returning to the app to see if they’ve got round to fixing this issue. No, they haven’t. I can only conclude that, as a New Zealand customer, my experience is not all that important. I use an alternative - Structured.
