Fantastic fast and delicious

First time user on the app but been a sub card holder since my local store opened .
Happened to Arrive earlier than the app time to find its all is ready for me, no moment waiting as soon as I walked into the busy lunchtime shop I was greeted with a smile and fresh Subs for all . Thank you so very much for such fast super service !

Useless app and disgusting staff (Northwood)

Placed an order on the app. Arrived at the store and order had not arrived. First counter staff member practically called me a liar. Didn’t bring my phone to prove it so then had to drive back and get it. Returned with my app order and had to stand for 10 minutes being ignored. When I finally get someone to serve me (Emma) it all came with attitude. Still decided to argue with me over the fact they haven’t received the order despite it right in front of them. Now having already been charged I was then told half my order they hadn’t done for over 2 months do I want something else. Was very clear in my statement if I wanted something else I would have ordered it in the first place. The staff in Northwood need to learn some customer service skill. Disgusting attitude even when the facts are in front of them. Let’s see how long it takes to get my money back now

Please fix your checkout

Here’s my honest review - I not sure if this app has been created by sandwich makers or software developers.

I placed an order and paid for it. After doing so, I could still see ‘View Cart’ so I clicked it and thought maybe my payment hasn’t gone through. I paid again. Still saw ‘View Cart’ - no indication that my order has been sent to the restaurant. Anyway, checked my bank account, I’ve paid twice now. Went to subway and ended up with two subs. - please fix this.

No matter what sub you select, it always says ‘White bread is delicious for this sub’ - stop trying to sell people white bread. And why is cheese preselected as ‘No Cheese’. Paying $18 for a subway is not ideal, bring your pricing down, or discount the people not getting cheese, or stop making no cheese the preset.

There was a time when subway was a great alternative to fast food, similarly priced and somewhat heathy. Those days are long gone. It’s no secret that subway has closed thousands of stores around the world over the last few years. Don’t let that happen in NZ! Bring your pricing down so we can once again enjoy eating subs at a reasonable price!
