The app is missing one lovely feature, and it pains me. It becomes the difference between me willing to treat my family to Subway or not.I can not create a sub on the app. I can go in store and it is no problem, but trying to recreate it online? Nope. If I order the Vege Delite with Avo, write in the notes no avo. Or try for no patty in the Vege Delite, there’s no option to remove it. You have no no-meat sub options. There’s no BLT sub; that I can see. There’s no more of my go-tos. Please, may my family get what they get in store via the app one day? Thanks.

Useless app and disgusting staff (Northwood)

Placed an order on the app. Arrived at the store and order had not arrived. First counter staff member practically called me a liar. Didn’t bring my phone to prove it so then had to drive back and get it. Returned with my app order and had to stand for 10 minutes being ignored. When I finally get someone to serve me (Emma) it all came with attitude. Still decided to argue with me over the fact they haven’t received the order despite it right in front of them. Now having already been charged I was then told half my order they hadn’t done for over 2 months do I want something else. Was very clear in my statement if I wanted something else I would have ordered it in the first place. The staff in Northwood need to learn some customer service skill. Disgusting attitude even when the facts are in front of them. Let’s see how long it takes to get my money back now

Here’s my honest review - I not sure if this app has been created by sandwich makers or software developers. I placed an order and paid for it. After doing so, I could still see ‘View Cart’ so I clicked it and thought maybe my payment hasn’t gone through. I paid again. Still saw ‘View Cart’ - no indication that my order has been sent to the restaurant. Anyway, checked my bank account, I’ve paid twice now. Went to subway and ended up with two subs. - please fix this. No matter what sub you select, it always says ‘White bread is delicious for this sub’ - stop trying to sell people white bread. And why is cheese preselected as ‘No Cheese’. Paying $18 for a subway is not ideal, bring your pricing down, or discount the people not getting cheese, or stop making no cheese the preset. There was a time when subway was a great alternative to fast food, similarly priced and somewhat heathy. Those days are long gone. It’s no secret that subway has closed thousands of stores around the world over the last few years. Don’t let that happen in NZ! Bring your pricing down so we can once again enjoy eating subs at a reasonable price!

Without a lie, every single time I have tried to use this new app I have had an issue. In most cases you go through all of the ordering, get to the end and the payment gateway step just constantly tries to load. One time it actually processed my order twice, charging me twice. You would think the person at the store would have half a brain and realise two identical orders within seconds of each other was an error from the app, but no. Also, you have to get all the way through your entire order, go to pay for it, and only then will it tell you that what you ordered is unavailable… absolute waste of time.Must be about 10 times now I’ve had so many issues with the app that we’ve just given up and gone somewhere else.
