Description

You never know when the unexpected will happen - especially when you’re out-and-about in the car. With the Suzuki Roadside Assistance app you’ll be able to request roadside assistance when you get into a sticky situation in your Suzuki. Whether it’s a flat battery or tyre, you’ve lost your keys or run out of fuel you can request help anywhere in New Zealand from your iPhone.

Once registered, the Suzuki Roadside Assistance App will automatically locate you with the iPhone’s GPS and allows you to tell our service agents what help you need. There’s also a quick link to turn on the flash light and access through to our website, as well as a map showing our dealer network locations.

To use the Suzuki Roadside Assistance app you need to be in New Zealand and registered for the Suzuki Roadside Assistance Program.

Basic and no car play

Pretty much a typical new zealand app offering, limited, basic and budget. It doesn’t even work with car play which you’d think would be fairly obvious function to have, infact Suzuki doesn’t appear to provide any brand specific functions in its vehicles. It feels like it badly needs an update and better features.
