We take a different approach to nutrition and health. We built our own nutrition calculator to provide more reliable nutrition information. Our database is constantly updated and tested. And to ensure it's useful to you, we are displaying micronutrient values visually so you can quickly grasp the vitamin and mineral contribution of a meal.

Great App

Great recipes, easy to use and my grocery bills have reduced as I can plan my meals for the week! The substitutions for ingredients are so helpful. I use the app every week!

Calcium

I have discovered that the likely cause of my IBS is dairy. As I am 53 I am concerned about adequate calcium intake and have concerns about fortified calcium in foods.
I purchased this app thinking that it would lead me to a more calcium specific diet. Unfortunately the app Doesn’t expand into this one mineral focus. In saying that I love the breakdown of nutritional benefits for all recipes and will definitely continue using the app.

I appreciate your request for mineral specific diets and we're looking at doing more in this area especially with our meal planner functionality coming soon that may be able to look at total nutrition consumption across a range of micronutrients. Watch this space!
