Something different!

I have used Thinkladder for a few years now. Sometimes I struggle to put aside time for using it, but it doesn't stop me from finding value in the regular insight reminders I have set up. Occasionally I open up the app to find some fresh insights or use the insight journal. The loneliness guided audio practices were transformative for me, especially during lockdown in 2021.

Best mindfulness app I have found

The more I use this app the more change I see and feel. The first time I used this app I felt a moment of change in my emotions and thoughts and now I’m seeing contentment of life and how beautiful the world actually is around me x also the app is very easy to use.

Very helpful

Great app for affirmations and journalling when you just need a reminded of the more logical and positive side of things. Had app support from Matt to gain access some of paid features which was a real bonus (:
