frustrated
app won’t load, shows the same blank page, seems like it’s frozen and this has gone on for hours. why is it the day before a show the app suddenly doesnt want to load anymore? i get that it could be congestion on the app since loads of people are probably on it and looking for last-minute tickets. but this is ridiculous. not to mention, how exactly did some people’s tickets end up getting invalidated? where are the security measures in place to prevent this? if you’re going to sell tickets for one of the biggest if not the biggest artist in the world today, at least make the app user-friendly and easy to use. and maybe fix some bugs that could be causing this??? but tons of people shouldn’t be panicking a day before the concert without access to tickets they bought several months ago. especially if those tickets can only be accessed through the app.
App not working, please please fix it
This app - the ONLY way to access our expensive tickets to get in to the Taylor Swift concert on Sunday - does not work on any of our mobile devices or accounts. It hasn’t for days! It just displays a white screen with a spinning circle or a no-graphics search screen that is unresponsive. We are in NZ but all out Ticketek accounts work on the AU website, all our tickets are legitimately bought from Ticketek AU, and all our phones and iPads have up-to-date OSs - so the fault must be with the app. Please fix it or we won’t get into the show
App needs immediate attention
We reside in New Zealand but bought tickets for Eras Tour in Sydney, and was informed that tickets can only be accessed via the Ticketek Australia App. I could “see” these locked tickets via the app previously and was awaiting to transfer to my daughter and spouse who would be flying to Sydney from New Zealand a few days before then show.
Today with only 3 days til they fly out, my Ticketek App is frozen, and after a while it tells me I’m in the wrong region! I’m quietly panicking and I’m sure I’m not the only one.
