Ticketmaster－Buy, Sell Tickets 4+

When going to My Events - its loading forever and does not show my tickets. Can't navigate as well to other options while its loading. I can access my tickets though using the webpage. Pls Help!

The problem with the vintage of music veterans who like ZZ Top is that we remember when you just rang a telephone number and someone said fine and sent you the tickets. After three nearly hour-long attempts over two days from overseas, I almost gave up on this concert and on this company. Security checks, copious data inputs, undefined terminologies (if you want to know what ‘collectors’ are for $20 extra, bad luck), MasterCard priority that was supposed to finish on 6 December still blocking tickets on the 19th, timeouts etc etc. Really guys. How many sales do you lose because people just don’t have enough time for this complexity. (Ps in case you wonder, I am completely IT and AI literate and current, despite my age). We got there in the end.

Buying a concert ticket should be exciting, but Ticketmaster somehow turns it into the most stressful, rage-inducing experience imaginable. From endless error messages to broken drop-down menus with invisible text, it’s like they actively want you to fail. Tried to pay with a VISA card? Forget it—only Mastercard works. Thought it was just the app? Nope, the same issues persist on the website.

And if you somehow manage to fight through their broken system and actually buy a ticket, brace yourself for the scams. They automatically opt you into every possible marketing email (because, of course, they do), and then bombard you with fake raffles and “offers” that should frankly be illegal.

But the cherry on top? The absurd $30 charge for a “Secure Ticket.”

What does that even mean? I’ve already paid hundreds of dollars—why should I have to pay extra just to ensure my ticket is valid?

It’s an absolute disgrace that Ticketmaster is the only option for so many events. This monopoly is a joke, and the way they operate should be investigated. If there were any alternative, I’d use it in a heartbeat.
