Easy app to search and payment quick and secure
Frustrated
Tried to book 2 tickets yesterday and the day before but web page would only allow me to book one, called artist discount.
Fruitlessly tried to contact Ticketmaster but email form required an order number- which I didn’t have, not having a ticket. Tried to find a phone number, or chat option, without success. Wasted a couple of hours. Given service charges, disappointing level of customer service.
Today, website functioning as expected and bought tickets to Celebrating Roger Fox.
If site previously closed to general public, there should have been a notice about this.
Major issues with payments
Does not recognise any of my credit cards but will accept Afterpay (same credit cards). I have attempted to booked tickets on TM several times and have had payments rejected despite all my card details being correct. In fact, I see that only one of them went through. (We Will Rock You in Wellington). I assume this problem might relate to the recent hack you’ve experienced. Not any of it great for business.
