Bought the audio guide for Rome. I could not download the map and guide due to a “network error’. It was the same network I downloaded the app on in seconds, moments before. I tried several times and then reinstalled the app. It still would not work and I contacted customer support. They said they could not provide another code and because I had scanned it once it was tough luck. They offered me £0.70 refund and the chance to buy the guide again for over £6. They ripped me off. Beware
