Frustrating app to use

Disappointing app. Told to use app when card set up. Didn’t work for payment at all. When rung told app doesn’t work for New Zealand and we would need to top up through website. After this issue thought could use the app for balance update. Money put on card via website 3 days ago hasn’t shown up. Makes card difficult you to use overseas. App stalls and freezes, opens sometimes then shuts down again. Frustrating to use.

Unable to enter my passport expiratory date to top up the wallet

The date format requirement is DD/MM/YYYY
I’m unable to enter as required !!
Whenever I enter the day (two digits ) it becomes 4 digits (as in year).
This is a major bug.
