Sim disappeared?
Every time I open the game there is that little red asterisk signalling new items on the building/furniture button, and it’s always the second floor level, even though I look at it every time it doesn’t go away (like it does for new clothes after you first view them). I have since bought another house and built the second floor onto that one, and now it is doing the same with the third level option.
Recently I’ve noticed sometimes when I leave/close the app then come back it’ll immediately reward me for a job/hobby/etc session that I’ve already done, or give me a prize from the treasure hunts/sweet treat events, even though I’ve already finished them and collected the prize. But today my main sim did a friendship event with another of my sims (her daughter) and when I came back onto the app once the event had finished it rewarded me like usual, but now my sims daughter has disappeared? She has even disappeared from the family photo. I closed out the app and came back and it rewarded me again for that same friendship event but the daughter is still gone. She is not in my sims contact lists either
Fun but needs changes
The game is super fun, the graphics are so good especially compared to Freeplay! There are a couple things that I would like to change though, like the fact that you can only have one house. I had two sims that I created who got married, had kids, them divorced, however I can’t move one of them out until he’s retired which is really weird and annoying. I’d like to be able to move him out into another house and still be able to play him, like how it was in Freeplay. The same thing with kids as well - I’ve got three kids and they’re fun now, however they are eventually going to age up into adults who will have their own lives, but they’ll all have to live in the same house? Which is again weird and annoying.
Also, I’d like to be able to close out of a) creating a sim, and b) choosing a trait. I’ve clicked both of them accidentally and got stuck with a sim or trait I didn’t want to choose. And I’d like to be able to delete sims!
Other than these things that need some adjusting, the game is really good and I do recommend you download.
Fun but some things need a change
I enjoy this game. It has way better graphics than Sims Freeplay, and I like the idea of story relationships/careers/hobbies etc. However, some things need updating to make it better. For example, the ability to sell items in your household. There is no way to sell an object once you buy it - only place it in your inventory - so there isn’t an easy way to upgrade the furniture in your house. With the minimal simoleons that you get from working and quests, and the expensive furniture and house upgrades, it’s difficult to buy them to make your house better. If there was the option to sell your furniture when you don’t need it, it would make the game so much better!
