• Flights
Our easy to use flight search box will have you viewing deals in a few quick taps. Filter your results by airline, stops, departure time, total duration or price. From aircraft type to in-flight features like WIFI, meals, legroom + much more, all the information is clearly displayed for you to make the best choice. ‘My Cart’ allows you to add (or remove) flights, hotels, car hire, and travel insurance to your flight booking. Use the ‘recent searches’ feature to retrieve details of your previously searched flights. You can also view upcoming trips in your profile or on the home screen close to your departure date and track the flights in real time.
• Payments
Webjet has made payments easy, offering a range of methods to help you book the holiday you deserve. Choose from:
o Credit or Debit (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB);
o Buy now, Pay Later (Afterpay, Zip, PayPal Pay in 4);
o Points+Pay (American Express Membership Rewards, NAB Rewards, ASB True Rewards);
o Virtual wallets (PayPal, Click to Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay); or
o Webjet Gift Card and eGift Cards.
T&Cs apply and some payment methods are not available for bookings that include a rental car.
• Packages
Booking your flight and hotel together through Webjet packages can save you even more, thanks to special wholesale rates. The cheapest flight option is displayed first, but you can tap ‘change flight’ to compare alternate departure times and airline options. Enjoy building your own package itinerary and saving money at the same time!
• Hotels
Quickly book a hotel on the go. Specials are clearly labelled on the results page where you can also compare Quality & Traveller ratings. View hotels in a list or map view – it’s up to you!
• Car Rental
Compare over 800 leading car rental brands at the best rate for domestic and international car hire deals. Book as a standalone car hire, or add rentals to a flight, hotel or package booking.
• Webjet Travel Insurance
Prepare for the unexpected with Webjet Travel Insurance (powered by Cover-More), right from the palm of your hand. Get a quote, and buy before you fly. T&Cs apply.

In this release we have made some changes to the flight search calendar pricing display. We have also added some data entry help when entering frequent flier numbers in the flight search screen.

Better than a travel agent
I have found Webjet to be on a different level to the traditional travel agent. All information is at your finger tips and booking is a breeze. You can plan your entire trip in one go with instant options, no having to go back and forth or delays in waiting for an agent to get back to you. When cancelling or changing they respond in a timely manner and can source other alternatives if you wish. They are cost effective, competitive and easy to use systems. They keep you informed and up to date with changes and notifications. In the past I always used an agent. The past year I switched to Webjet and never looked back. Webjet is the future of travel planning.

Hassle free
I have been booking my trips with Webjet for quite some time now. And not once had I encountered any problems. It’s hassle free and convenient. Also payment method has lots of options. You can budget and prepare well for your holidays when you take their Flight & Hotel Packages. Happy to recommend. A+
Flight cancelled when it shouldn’t of been
Rather disappointed with webjet and the experience we had with our booking to Rome.
We originally booked two people on the one booking number and about a month before the flight one member wanted to change her return flight home.
The day before we went to do our check in only to find my booking had been cancelled. I had no booking!!!!! This caused a sleepless night and undue stress on both of us as they could fix the issue until the next morning. Neither of us had any sleep we had no communication from
Anyone and we rang you at 6:00 on our flight day to see what was happening. After a lengthy discussion again(the third time we had to ring and explain) the lady dealt with us straight away and managed to retrieve my flights.
This stress was not recognized by webjet and we even spoke to Qatar airways to find out what happened.
It would of been nice to have been compensated in some way for the undue stress caused by an error that was made by webjet. The big question was How can they cancel my flight unless I gave them instruction to do so. ?????!!!! Which I did not!!!! The only flight that should of been changed was the return flight for the 2nd passenger.
