Just what I needed

I’m not great at exercising and give up too easily. Every fitness regime I’ve tried before has started out too hard, then become monotonous... and guess what, I give up. This app is completely different. I started with the Couch to Fit programme and just loved it. It started off gently and every day was a bit harder, but more importantly, different!! I finished the programme and really noticed the difference, I even took up running again and am already up to 7km... I’m now doing the 30 day weight loss programs and again am loving it. I also use the shorter workouts to boost my running and gym visits ... I just love this app!

AMAZING!!! This is 100% my FAVOURITE APP

I never write reviews but this app is absolutely AMAZING! I am so glad I found it!! There are so many different work outs and they have categorised them into each part of your body. You canChoose whether you want to listen to their music or a listen to your own and if you want to hear someone dictating the workout to you or not! and it’s FREE! They do have programs (ex. 4 weeks beach abs etc.) and they are really cheap ($5) - but they are optional. I just this app 4-5 times a week! It keeps me motivated. Trust me, this app is 100% A MUST HAVE!
(Even if you don’t have a gym membership - you can do a lot of the workouts from home).

Amazing

I used it to hate working out at home (giving up easily after 5 10min) and never enjoyed too much the atmosphere of the gym. Now I am working out 4 to 5 times a week (between 20 to 45min each), always finish my work out as I don’t want to give up to the timer. When I really feel exhausted I usually do the 5 to 10min ones to start the day and that makes me feel mentally much better.
I have tried lots of work out app but this one is definitely my favourite, easy to use and so many options.
