App crashes-can’t even open it
Really disappointing that your app works great on some iPhones but completely unable to use on another iPhone/profile. When I open Xero app, it just flashes and closes. Cannot use it. I’m the managing director of my company and I can’t use your app. Deleted it, reinstated it over 20 times probably, still doesn’t work. Checked security and set up, change password etc. logged help desk call, no luck. The developer actually needs to look into this as a matter of urgency.

Great product, with one major hitch
We work on many different projects across the same large institutions, and each have a different contact person. But if you are creating a new contacts it only allow a unique organisation/company name. E.g. I might work for many different projects and people in the the Ministry of Health - but I can only add “The Ministry of Health” once.
Log in issue since last update
I had an issue logging into the app since the last update. Every time I logged into the app it forced me to enter my email address and password, and verify my login via the Xero Verify app. I was prompted to choose if I wanted to unlock the app using Face ID or a PIN but it never remembered my preference. Face ID didn’t work either. Frustrating. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it appears to have resolved the issue.
Overall I prefer to use the desktop site as the iOS app isn’t user friendly or fully featured.
