CanopyTeachback's key insight is that one of the best ways to learn something is to teach it. For that reason, CanopyTeachback uses the "teachback method" to help patients learn about their medical conditions. The app allows patients to read about their condition, take a multiple choice or true/false quiz about their condition, and then "teach" the fundamentals of their medical condition to digital A.I. student in a simulated environment. Then the patient receives feedback on how well they know their topic based on how well they can teach it.
