Today I came to the HC at 8.30 pm for doctor . The staff at first refused to register me saing 8.30 pm is only for emergency. I told them I was not aware and I am sick must see doctor and need help.They argued with me and after I became angry they allowed me to see doctor and I got treatment.This was a bad experience for me as an Omani citizen. With National health care.I hope this is not repeated again because people come to HC if they r sick not for anything else.

Overall the application is good but requires more updates , so many errors and every time something went wrong showing to me. I recommended to fix all of these bugs and balance will be fineMy rate for now 3.5/5

The app has problems

Everytime I want to use it I have to delete it and reinstall it for it to work or else it’ll just be a black screen everytime I was to use it without delete the app . This is very annoying because after I leave the app for 1 second I have to delete the app and reinstall in order for it to work again . The IT department responsible for this need to fix this issue it’s 2026 🤦🏻‍♀️ this shouldn’t happen

I was trying to reach my results I didn’t find any results and also for booking the appointment it’s fully booked but when I go to the hospital I didn’t see any crowded patients for this appointments which is dental care …. So I hope to be surly on care with this responsibility on u give that services when u will be in new vision by sharing this application!!!! Bad review and bad services for the whole things u do in this application….
