I like it. the things arrived on time, their quality is good (as long as you know what to search for) but the only thing was that when I ordered a phone case it was too big but no big deal.Also plz Temu don’t scam me on the free items thank you

I followed every single step as instructed to claim the free gifts, completed all tasks successfully, and still didn’t receive the promised reward. I reached out to customer support multiple times, only to get repetitive and vague responses asking me to “be patient” with no real solution. After all the effort and waiting, I was offered a meaningless alternative that doesn’t even come close to the original reward. I even asked for a fair compensation (6 free products), which is nothing compared to what I was supposed to receive — and they ignored that too. I’ve kept all the evidence (screenshots, messages) and I’m ready to share everything on social media so others won’t fall into the same trap. This app is disappointing and dishonest. I don’t recommend it at all

I am highly disappointed with the reward system in this app. Initially, I was excited to receive five prizes, but the way the app forces users to invite others to earn points is frustrating and unfair. The decreasing value of points with each invitation—starting with one point, then half, and then a third—feels like a manipulative tactic to drive more user engagement without offering fair compensation. I have ordered since january 31 and the the parcel will be february 6 until 14 . February 13 one of the delivery guy contact me and said he cant deliver here by that time instead they will deliver it by tomorrow .. i wait for it and then now feb, 14 another delivery guy told me that he cant deliver it again to me and he said also the same thing as the first delivery told me that they will deliver it tomorrow again .. i told him this is the due date of my parcel ..february 14 . And then when i update my parcel temu said im the one who rejected my parcel ? How ridiculous isnt it.. im so disappointed…!!
