This is very helpful app, all the items you can find it in here, the only thing need to improve is while purchasing you it should automatically mention a phone number to contact for delivery also shops need to inform customer with which company will ship

Holding customers accountable

I have an order thats being shipped from the US overseas. And its been over 3 months at this point. I have contacted the seller and weve requested to open a case so etsy could facilitate a refund. Etsy refuses to hold the seller accountable which i can understand, but im 95% sure this item is lost because others here have ordered and had it delivered within a month. Its not fair to hold me accountable as ive lost my money for nothing at all. Etsy needs to review it’s policy somehow. Have sellers who are shipping overseas to sell insurance as well, so if it doesnt arrive they cant be held accountable anyways.
