Add English Branch name on app
13 Oct
Durjoy27
Please add English names for all branches in the app. Currently, the branch names are displayed only in Arabic, which makes it difficult for non-Arabic-speaking users to identify the correct branch. For example, please display “مكتب فلج القبائل” as “Falaj Al Qabil Office”. Adding English branch names would make the app much easier to use. Thank you.

Dear Genacom Oman Support Team,I am using the official Genacom Oman app, but I noticed that the app is available only in Arabic on my device. I am unable to access an English language option inside the app settings. This creates difficulty for users who are not comfortable using Arabic. I kindly request that you add proper English language support, or provide an option to switch between Arabic and English in the app.Improving language accessibility will help many users have a better experience with your service. Please consider this request and provide an update if possible.Thank you for your support.Sincerely,A concerned user
