**New features**
- Added step-by-step instructions for common tasks to the Guide in Settings. You can now look up where to go and what to tap for: changing the AI's speech speed, logging in with biometric authentication, changing your email address or password, choosing a conversation theme, changing the language you are learning, recovering energy by watching an ad, and buying a plan.
**Bug fixes**
- Fixed an issue where energy kept being consumed after leaving the chat screen. Energy was still draining while the energy details screen was open; it now stops as soon as you leave the chat screen.
- Fixed an issue where energy recovered by watching an ad was sometimes not applied, or briefly increased and then reverted.
- Fixed an issue where returning to the chat screen after watching an ad showed the oldest messages instead of the latest ones.
