يوجد مشكلة عندنا أقوم بطلب تغيير التعرفة فإن التطبيق يتوقف.
كذلك، عندما أختار تاريخ أخذ القراءة لا يظهر اختيار التاريخ.
Dry poor service
So many times I complained through app that I have been charged 100 rials extra I also attached the meter reading still the insist that I have to show them electricity bill my electricity meter is prepaid how can I show them the bill they want to to contact the nama electricity still problem not solved

After login keep crashing
And i m sure they can not fix it because its very poor interface and even ifs manage to login the any option not responding….
