Description
National Finance mobile application allows user to view their loan details such as EMI schedule, transaction details conveniently & securely. Also user can place online service requests & refer friends to NFC. If the user don't have any loan with bank, they can use other features like EMI calculator, friend referral, Branch locator, FAQ etc. User can get specific offers and locate National Finance nearby branches.
How application works ?
Application ask for mobile number to send OTP and verify user and after verifying OTP (One time password) user is able to activate the application by providing any one of the following - A). Civil ID/Resident ID B). Lease number C). Date of Birth/Date of Inception

It is not working, it shows a message that says ‘service error’ please fix it ASAP.
Cheque
I have paid thru the app and Unfortunately I have a cheque bounced back on 21 of May this year I have an SMS prove from the bank and today I have received another SMS telling me the same but when I registered a feedback I got a response that it doesn’t show up with them add on that the app is not working today !! Asking me to update and it is updated actually !!

This app was working fine and I was using it but since last month its showing overdue in bzs I don’t know why,, i called the agent last month . again this month same issue,, how to pay the amount through the app??
