Version 2.1.0 The big addition this release is strength training. NutriDoc can now write and track a workout program, not just handle your food. You set your equipment and the time you have, and it builds a plan around the main lifts. You log the weight, reps and RIR for each set, and the next session adjusts to what you logged. Training runs in cycles that build up and then deload, you can focus on specific muscles, and the plan fits the time you've got. The workout screen has warm-up sets, a rest timer, per-set logging and exercise swaps. Meal planning got a rework too. Recipes now have photos, you build your own day or week, "Surprise me" fills it for you, recipes show in your language, and adding meals is a quick multi-select. Shopping lists are still built from what you picked. On the nutrition side, macro targets now base your protein on your bodyweight, with presets for different diets and clearer activity levels. There's also a new home screen widget, two-way Apple Health sync, and a round of smaller fixes. Your tracking and Health data stay on your device.
