The application sometimes does not work at the petrol pump which leaves you stranded. If you donot have cash, and rely on your basma card to pay then? Also if you pay by cash , then you don’t points. They should have two options, to pay by cash or to pay by application. Sometimes the application gets hanged even on my iPhone.

I had a terrible experience using the OmanOil app twice. I was trying to pay for gas using the app, but there was a network issue that prevented me from completing the transaction. As a result, I had to pay cash for my gas, which was a major inconvenience. I tried to call the hot line, and it was funny they are not working after 5 and ask me to leave a message, so no customer service. Which means that I have to serve my self. Poor customer experience.

I expected better from an oil company app in 2023. In this day and age, it's unacceptable for an app to have such serious technical issues that prevent customers from using it. I'm not confident in the app's ability to handle my financial information securely, given its poor performance.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience using the OmanOil app. The network issue that forced me to pay cash for my gas was frustrating, and the app's poor design and performance only added to my frustration. I hope the company takes my feedback seriously and works to improve the app's reliability and user experience.

Oman oil needs to look more into this. Me and multiple people had an experience where we were at the station and requested to pay via application and only learnt that the app doesn’t work after filling the tank. Thank god I had cash on me and paid.
I don’t understand why our basma cards don’t work anymore and we can ONLY use the app to approve transactions. This application is dumb and we need Oman oil to give us another option when they’re “updating their application” as it happens more often than we need.
