App is great

The App is fantastic. However, If I had to suggest something it would be to add more add-ons for situations where we don’t need that much data for people who barely use phones. And plans for Baqati that reduce voice limits and add more data. We need more options in that sense. We are at an age where we meet people more than make voice calls unless it’s business or urgent. We use tremendous amounts of data in terms of app chats, audio books, music and even watch movies through our mobile when camping for example. This is only a suggestion to consider giving Baqati plans in that aspect.

Makes life easy and simple.

Great app for paying our bills without much hassle or confusion. Would recommend a extra facility , display the details of PDF bill like number of calls tariffs etc for fixed line. Also would be great if there is a display on the number of free calls on the fixed line and other associated details…. Omantel all the way…👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Oops.. something went wrong

since i made my prepaid number to postpaid i am facing a problem in logging in to this application. after i enter my mobile number and password, after 5 seconds it will automatically log out! with the page saying “we couldn’t validate your account. try logging in again. if this happens again, contact us in technical support.”

i called for customer service twice to fix the issue, they told me to wait half an hour after the call. they said that they refresh my account but after re-installing this application and log in i am facing the same issue like no action had been applied.

i hope to fix this issue because i have been waiting enough patiently to follow the instructions given to me to solve this. it’s been 3 months i am dealing with this.
