customer service experience

I send cash to foreign transfer, deducted from my pay+ account and not credited to receiver account, contact customer service and send details to through pay+ app also, no option to follow up with app, toll free number not getting proper answer,
But finally solved, thanks to pay plus team,

Not credited

I transferred some amount to india through pay+ account. Unfortunately the amount is not credited. I called costumer care number and they told me to sent mail with the details, after 1 day i called again they told me to call Ooredoo costumer care number 1500, they told me wait for somedays. After holidays only they will check the email. What a uselessness service. Don’t use it…

We are using this app for only immediate credit. Not getting value for our money and necessities.

Some issue to be solve

When you send money to foreign country, we didn’t get any alerts or message from systems your money is credit to account of the recipients or receiver
Its should inform sender by text message
