Worst Delivery Ever from Aramex & No Contact / slow respon
Worst delivery ever from Zara home and bad customer service from Aramex , I never felt so angry the way I felt I want twice to Aramex office in which the first time I was promised to receive my items by evening went again to Aramex office and guess what my items was in the store and they couldn’t get me my items / Oder .
What a bad service from both Zara home and Aramex. I ordered something from Dubai which it got delivered within a week time through dhl where Zara home in oman and my items were not delivered for more than a week . I will never Oder again due to a very bad customer experience
Unable to process card payment
I am unable all the time to process card payment through Zara home and Zara clothing app. This happens all the time.
