ERROR AL ENTRAR APP

LA LLEVO USANDO CASI 1 AÑO Y TODO IBA BIEN, HASTA QUE HACE UNOS DÍAS ATRÁS ME ESTÁ DANDO PROBLEMAS, NO CARGA Y NO ME DEJA VER LA CÁMARA DESDE MI CELULAR, PENSÉ QUE ERA MI CELULAR LO REINICIÉ Y AÚN SEGUÍA EN LO MISMO VERIFIQUÉ CON EL CELULAR DE MI ESPOSA Y PASA IGUAL NO QUIERE CARGAR LA APP Y NO DEJA ENTRAR. LO QUE HICE FUE DESINTALARLA Y VOLVERLA A INSTALAR Y ALLÍ ME FUNCIONÓ UNAS 2 o 3 VECES YA LUEGO SIGUIÓ EN LO MISMO. UNA SOLUCIÓN POR FAVOR Y GRACIAS

La iba usando muy bien hace un año hasta que le metieron ese poco de publicidad, como que si no basta con vender la cámara y tener ganancias con eso aparte de ofrecer y pagar espacio en la nube.!
