■ 이용대상
* 장애, 국가유공, 장기요양 1~2급
* 휠체어 이용자로 '대중교통이용이 어렵다'는 의료기관 진단서를 제출한 65세이상 노인, 임산부, 사고 혹은 질병 등 일시적 장애자
■ 운행차량 : 72대(심야당직차량 3대 운영/각 구별 1대)
■ 운행시간
* 연중 무휴 24시간
- 평일(년중)
∙ 차량운행 : 연중 24시간 ㅣ 콜 센터 : 07:00 ~ 22:00
- 토 · 일요일 및 국경일
∙ 차량운행 : 연중 24시간 ㅣ 콜 센터 : 07:00 ~ 22:00
- 즉시콜 : 07:00~21:00
■ 이용요금
* 기본요금 : 10km이내 1,200원
* 추가요금 : 초과 5km당 100원
* 기타요금 : 고속도로 통행료 및 주차료 발생시 요금은 이용자 부담입니다.
■ 운행 방법 및 이용 안내
* 사전예약 : 경기도 및 수도권 전역
(운영상 관외지역 운영차량 제한 가능)

■ 이용제한
*1개월~1년(이용제한 기간이 다름)
- 예약 후 제3자에게 양도하는 경우
- 이용 목적을 속이고 예약 및 이용하는 경우
- 이용 기준을 허위로 신청한 경우
- 상담원 혹은 운전원에게 폭언, 폭행, 성추행
- 상습적으로 차량을 10분 이상 지연 탑승하는 경우
- 예약을 목적으로 고의성 민원 유발 및 상담 통화 지연 등 업무를 방해하는 경우

※병원, 재활, 치료, 학교목적의 이용 시 일반 목적보다 1일전부터 접수 가능
* 즉시콜(왕복불가) : 신청즉시 바로배차 및 탑승
