New feature: >> Play call recordings directly from the call detail screen in the mobile app. Enhancement: >> Links in text messages are now tappable and open in your browser. Bug Fixes: >> Resolved issue where messages were shown to users not assigned to the number's queue. >> Messages now correctly populate case relationships and sender names to avoid orphaned messages. >>Push notifications now work properly when messages are assigned to users outside the queue. Note: Please ensure that the latest Textolic plugin package (version 1.29) is installed along with this mobile release to ensure optimal app performance.

Support for incoming calls where the record name includes special characters. Display of the caller's name on the mobile app's incoming call screen when the call is associated with a Case record. New Features Keypad on the Calling Screen You can now access the keypad during an active call. This is particularly useful when the receiving end has an IVR system, allowing you to interact with it by pressing the necessary keys. Push Notification Redirection to Relevant Record Clicking on an SMS push notification will redirect you directly to the associated record, streamlining navigation and improving user experience. Bug Fixes "To Number" Not Populated in Chat Tab Previously, there was an issue where the "To" number did not appear in the Chat tab. This has now been resolved, and the numbers are displaying correctly.

SMSAPP Integration - SMSAPP is now integrated into the app, offering the stunning feature of initiating chats directly from your mobile device. Enjoy a seamless messaging experience directly from the app. Sticky Caller & Sticky Sender - We’ve added Sticky Caller and Sticky Sender features, which can now be controlled directly from your Salesforce Org. These features give you enhanced flexibility and control over your communication settings.

Call History Issue Resolved: The issue affecting the Call tab has been fixed. Users can now view their full call history without any problems. Caller Name Display Fixed: The issue with caller names not displaying correctly for incoming calls has been successfully resolved.
