We have added some improvements and squashed more bugs: - Added a countdown feature for timed exercises - so you know exactly how long to do an exercise! - Fixed Reset Workout, it now properly clears the completed statuses - Fixed Reset Guide, it now resets all stats for the guide If you have any questions or issues please reach out to our support team

In this release we’ve: - Improved app performance across iOS devices - Fixed the login screen showing every time app opened - Fixed issues with the timer resetting automatically - Fixed an issue where you couldn’t press buttons on smaller screens

This update fixes all the bugs reported to us over the past few weeks so thank you very much for your patience with these issues - please see below for more details: WORKOUT DATA: -All missing data has been restored; workout data and completion progress should now be visible again for all users. -Duplication of workout data should no longer happen. EXERCISE TRACKING: -A bug has been resolved and all weights are now saved and displayed accurately across exercises, weeks etc as expected. -You can now mark entire exercises as complete. -All sets/exercises completion state and tracking is now always editable. You can now untick an exercise and re-enter your reps and weights -The last weight used for each exercise is now pre-selected on the next set. This makes it easier to input weights and you don’t need to repeat the same process each time. -Weight unit preference (kg/lbs) is now always saved as expected. PERFORMANCE UPDATES: -App is faster and smoother to use. -New timer is available and a bug was fixed to allow it to run at all times. -The feature you use for adding notes has been improved. -Video download icon not updating once downloaded. Fixed a bug when a user saved their notes.

Small bug fix with exercises

Weight tracking is now fixed! As soon as you complete an exercise the data is stored on our servers. Existing users will get a pop-up to backup all your existing weight tracking data.

Weight tracking and notes per exercise are back! We had disabled it temporarily to improve the feature and pleased to say that it has been added and now you can see the weights lifted when you go back to a completed workout. Along with all your previous weights lifted when you click on details. We also have improved the overall reliability, squashed some bugs and made it so your data will not be deleted. Thank you for your support.
