【核心功能】
时间窗口限制
设定 App 的允许使用时段（如每天 10:30–19:30）。在时段之外，App 自动被锁定。支持每条规则设置多个时间段，以及跨午夜时段（如 22:00–02:00）。
连续使用限制
监控滚动使用时长，强制执行休息。连续使用 N 分钟后，App 自动锁定，休息结束后自动解锁。支持配置容差间隔，短暂离开不会重置计时。
每日总时长限制
设定每日使用上限。达到上限后，App 在当天剩余时间内保持锁定，次日零点自动解锁。
宽松模式
规则可设为"宽松"执行模式。锁定时，屏蔽界面显示"再用 X 分钟"按钮（可配置 1/5/15 分钟），每次锁定周期内允许一次延期。
多规则组合
任意规则可同时叠加三种限制类型：时间窗口 + 连续时长 + 每日总量。每种类型独立生效，多条规则可针对同一组 App。
