With BauApp have your blueprints always available for you on your mobile or tablet. Record issues directly on the blueprints during quality inspection. Include detailed descriptions, deadlines, photos, categorize by task types and assign them to subcontractors.

In BauApp manage the issues on web and mobile, while having the opportunity to also export the issue list to an excel sheet.
Subcontractor module
Invite your subcontractors to your construction projects. Set their access to specific folders and plans, and assign their issues directly to them. The subcontractors can also register to BauApp and see the constructional blueprints and their issues on their mobile.
Subcontractors will be notified about these issues which they can mark as corrected on their mobiles. Both subcontractors and Site managers can track the status of the issues.
Document management
All your files and documents in one place in BauApp. Upload revisions to the blueprints to easily track both new and previous versions of each plan. Approve the documents before they become official so no invalid blueprint will be sent out to the project participants. With BauApp you can be certain every user will automatically receive the newest revisions. Share the blueprints with your subcontractors via Google Drive.
Checklists and Subcontractor evaluations
Create and manage your checklists, daily or weekly progress reports in no time with BauApp. Evaluate your subcontractors using your own measures during and after every project they work on.
Throughout the project, detailed analytics are available on the issues and checklists.
