It has its standard modules of sales CRM which includes Leads, Visits, Contact Management, DSR, Field Tracking, Analytics and Reports. The platform can also help custom build sales automation solutions in a jiffy.

From CRM to task management to document management, performance management - there are umpteen solutions that sales and marketing teams can utilize for.

EFL LeadPro CRM has a total of 3 modules-
• Sales module
• Telecaller module
• Channel Partner module.

Sales Module:
EFL LeadPro is a place where sales team can mark their visits, create new customer accounts containing all customer information and mark all the leads received from the customer. With this tool, the managers can track the performance with the help of multiple reports. EFL LeadPro also allows the Sales team to download all the reports of the visits, accounts and the leads created. This platform helps the Sales team to get all the enquiries created by the tele calling team. Sales team can then easily convert it into leads by visiting and connecting with the customers directly. Sales team can also add new Channel Partners in the system.

Telecaller Module:
EFL LeadPro Tele Caller module allows the Tele Sales team to create accounts and enquiries directly in the system. With this tool, the managers can now track the performance with the help of multiple reports. EFL LeadPro Tele Caller module allows Tele Sales team to download and verify the report of accounts & enquiries created whenever needed. This tool allows the Tele Sales team to assign the enquiry further to the Salespeople.

Channel Partner Module:
EFL LeadPro allows the user to assign and reassign the Channel Partner Leads to the Salespeople in the Channel Partner module. EFL LeadPro allows the Manager to assign and reassign the Channel Partner and the leads from Channel Partner to the Tele Sales team. The users can now track, download and verify multiple reports and the performance of the Channel Partner
