Galeneo brings the hospital to your home or wherever you need it. Thanks to our innovative e-health platform, we carry out medical and healthcare procedures at home, with personal and close treatment, with the same level of quality and professionalism as a conventional hospital.
A mobile application that, among other things, allows you to contact your doctors, keep track of your visits or receive reports on your treatments.
The following features characterise the home hospitalisation we offer at Galeneo Health:
- Ad-hoc service: our healthcare professionals can attend to you, whenever you need them, in the comfort of your home, to carry out diagnostic tests, treatments and clinical procedures.
- Ongoing care: at Galeneo we guarantee continuity of care. To this end, we assign an operations coordinator and a clinical nurse coordinator to each patient. They manage a team of specialised nurses and nursing assistants who will attend to you for as long as necessary, 24 hours a day.
- Home fitting out: we install the necessary medical equipment and devices in your home to attend to your care needs.
- +250 healthcare professionals at your service: nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists and any medical speciality you may need.
