This app is intended for the staff of accommodation units that use GuesTool app. It allows the employees to see, claim, unclaim, comment or resolve requests placed by their guests through the GuesTool app. Both the guest and the employee see the comments in a selected language, which makes the communication faster and avoids language barriers.
