Fix for the layout on Unit Selector on asset creation

This includes a fix for the barcode scanning on iOS 15.2 and upwards

Remove prefix restraint on Kit-reference barcode/qr code scanning

Fix for 2020 SE camera issue

A display issue on iPad now corrected. On Create New System an object cast error has been corrected. Text entering list dialog panes now correctly fire change events. Icons have been added to the remaining buttons. App now handles device in 'Dark' mode.
