Available in 10 languages on iOS, VIIA DRIVE aims to smoothen the customer journey. Drivers will be able to : - Reduce their time at the railway terminal by pre-registering - Be informed in real time and remotely of the status of their reservation and the availability of their semi-trailer. How does VIIA DRIVE work? When entering a drop of or pick up code, the user will generate a QR code allowing him to enter the terminal faster, to locate and pick up its trailer more easily. A geo-tracking tool and an activity record will also be available to guarantee an outstanding customer experience.
