The APP SYNSYS Application only manages SYNSYS prostheses and no others.
The User of the Application must be set up by a SYNSYS certified professional who is registered as such on the e-Box Site. To access the Application the User needs a compatible iPhone or iPad and access to the internet. The Application is free to download from the Apple Store.
The costs of the equipment, the internet connection and the relevant subscriptions with operators and access providers needed to access the Services are paid by the User.
The User generates their connections and user details for APP SYNSYS thanks to the SYNSYS prosthesis.
The User undertakes to provide genuine information in good faith when registering; PROTEOR cannot be held liable for the consequences of incomplete, inexact or untruthful information provided by the User.
The Application may be updated and may in due course offer new functionalities or new services; the User will be responsible for downloading and installing both the initial and any new versions.
