The purpose of this application is to support all aspects of the
educational process at Iman Islamic School in Tripoli through connecting
the administration, the parents, the teachers, the coordinators and the
supervisors.
Through this application, parents will receive the following:
1. Circulars concerning unexpected days off (which can be common in
Lebanon), payment notifications, and important dates
2. Daily homework agenda, a log of the day’s class activities, test dates
and a report of all aspects of the student’s behavior during the day
3. Detailed reports of the student’s performance in all types of formative
and summative assessments as soon as the teachers issue them
Similarly, teachers receive through the application the following:
1. All circulars and memos issued by the administration
2. Messages from their coordinators
3. Messages and memos from their supervisors
As for the supervisors, they can receive the following through the
application:
1. Administrative circulars pertaining to their daily work
2. Notes, demands and complaints from the parents
In addition, parents will have permanent access to their children’s files:
1. The educational file, which contains the grades
2. The behavioral file, which contains all positive and negative notices
regarding the student’s behavior
3. The health file, which includes different health symptoms that the
student has experienced
4. The financial file, which includes all payments, due payments as well
as payment due dates
Brief description
The purpose of this application is to support the educational process at
Iman Islamic School in Tripoli, Lebanon through the daily and
instantaneous communication between the school and the parents. Parents
will receive all types of notifications concerning their children, from their
morning delays to their performance during the different sessions and their
detailed assessment records as soon as they are issued by the teachers.
This application also allows parents to follow up on their children’s
homework and daily studies through the agendas sent daily by the
teachers. They can also notify the supervisors of any issue concerning their
children or request information about them.
