Customization:
Once you pick your program, you have the ability to schedule accordingly, swap out exercise, make modifications, recalculate your remaining sets based on fatigue level, and so much more. With our readiness calculator, you can input your sleep, nutrition, stress level and more to get a feel for how ready you are before every session, and adjust accordingly. Much better than a spreadsheet, your programming actually grows and adapts with you by the session.
Powerful training metrics:
Easy to interpret visuals and graphs help you keep track of important metrics, such as 1RM, e1RM, average recovery, session volume, and much more over time. Store your progress photos, lifting videos, and sync with Apple Health to keep track of steps, bodyweight, and nutrition.
Precise load calculation:
Never again guess how much your main set or backoffs should be. Using a combination of RPE and target percentages, you’ll always know how much to lift and how heavy it should feel. Should you over-or undershoot, it’s easy to right the ship so you aren’t building up too much fatigue or underperforming.
