In this latest app release, a few powerful enhancements have been added to make the user experience smoother. Visitor badges can now be printed directly via LAN for faster check-ins, a new option allows users to print test badges to validate the setup, and the “I’m an employee” text in the employee flow is now configurable to suit different organizations’ needs.

Visitor badges now print with improved clarity, ensuring better readability. We’ve also introduced Bluetooth-based badge printing, making the process faster and more seamless. Employees without their ID cards can now check in effortlessly with the new employee check-in flow, which also supports Safe Reach for added security.

Visitors can now seamlessly self-check in, while with the new "I am an employee" flow employees without ID cards can also check themselves in effortlessly.

Now you will be able to print the visitor badge via wifi frictionless.

This version of the MoveInSync Workplace application now hosts the new Visitor Management Kiosk workflow, where visitors can check-in and check-out easily.
