2.3.22 1/26/2026 Age Rating Automation: This version is to provide answers to Apple’s questions surrounding age rating for the myLU mobile application to help automate the rating applied in the app store.

2.3.21 12/08/2025 Feature Enhancements: The ellipses in the Set navigation has been replaced with an edit button to make it more visual to users that they can customize their links for what they do and do not use. Bug Fixes: The Student Checklist app page and home screen widget both show appropriate due dates for ToDo and Upcoming items.

2.3.20 11/13/2025 Bug Fixes: The Student Checklist widget on the homepage now shows proper states for ToDo items, and the dropdown is consistent with other widgets by reloading data when selecting the current selected term. The Guest Header on mobile has been fixed to take the notch into consideration. LUOA dropdowns have been fixed to provide a transition between selected students by disabling further selections until student data loads.

2.3.19 10/29/2025 Feature Enhancements: UI updates have been put in place in preparation for the Online Writing Center to transition from SharePoint integration for appointments and draft reviews to a new external tool. Bug Fixes: The LUOA logo was disappearing when the sets menu was closed. Header changes were made for guests to account for sizing issues when their accounts are in a review state.

2.3.18 10/2/2025 Bug Fixes: Dropdown selectors for the myWidgets feature have been fixed to show items below the selector. Newsfeed cards and myWidgets at 769-890 pixels are no longer cut off the screen. The setting cog and pencil icons in the header and profile have been updated to remove issues with drift during page resizing. There was a square showing around the notification bell when the popup for notifications was canceled.

2.3.17 9/11/2025 Feature Enhancements: The header has been redesigned to fit Liberty’s current design requirements, and provide a link to myLU’s training resources. For the bubble menu, the first two bubbles for Academics and Outlook have been removed. Bug Fixes: Fixed a routing issue when going to the Academics page from the upcoming assignments newsfeed card. Updated the dark mode link color in the myWidgets view for the Academics widget.

2.3.16 8/7/2025 Bug Fixes: The ability to edit LUOA pre-existing sets has been restored. The unrecoverable error when adding a new phone number in the contact section of the profile has been resolved.

2.3.15 7/31/2025 Feature Enhancements: The search feature in myLU has been transitioned from SwiftType to Coveo. LUOA Roles have been updated to include guardians. VWO scripts have been removed and replaced with Optimizely. The SQL for the LUSOL Ranking card has been updated to expand user access. A new message has been added to show when users have not logged into myLU to help with troubleshooting.

7/10/2025 Feature Enhancements: The My Widgets feature has been updated based on post-implementation design review. Icons and font sizes are more consistent across widgets. A loading indicator has also been added to the Outlook email widget. Bug Fixes: Multiple bugs are being fixed around the editing and creation of Sets, centering the bubble menu on mobile, and updating the highlighted items in Customizable Sets when moving from mobile to desktop views to be consistent on user selection. There was an issue with the link for New Grade in the Academics widget on the homepage that has also been resolved and should now route to the Academics application page for the course the grade was affiliated with.

2.3.13 6/26/2025 New Features: A group of widgets for Flames Pass, Student Checklist, Financial Aid, Financial Check-in, Academics, and Outlook has been added to the homepage under the title “My Widgets”. This is accompanied by a settings page in the myLU Profile to help organize the feature for individual users. A new Toast Message has been added to the homepage to help notify users of new and existing features. Bug Fixes: Multiple bugs are being fixed around the Student Checklist, Athletics, Site Search, Shared Access, Emergency Notifications, myLU Profile, and Accordions.

2.3.12 6/12/2025 New Features: An admin console tool has been provided to support an upcoming toast message that will be used to provide information on new and existing features in myLU. Bug Fixes: An error during authentication has been fixed to remove the main case where users were seeing a message stating “An unexpected error has occurred”.

2.3.11 5/15/2025 New Features: An additional field has been added to store the initial download date for the 1098T form.

2.3.10 4/24/2025 New Features: A new Ranking card has been provided for the School of Law. A new question has been provided for the ID.me Military Verification form in the myLU Profile for military spouses to determine active status. The term has been added to the deep link from the FCI page in myLU to the FCI application. Versions for Capacitor and React have been upgraded. Bug Fixes: The Athletics icon in dark mode was updated to reflect the appropriate Liberty Flames logo.

2.3.9 2/13/2025 New Features: The Events view in myLU, previously Campus Calendar, has been updated to follow the design of Liberty’s newly established website. Bug Fixes: A fix has been provided for the deeplinks to Canvas from the Academics view in myLU. Users with the Alumni role only on their account were seeing the LUOA view. This has been fixed and these users have the normal LU experience.

2.3.8 1/24/2024 Bug Fixes: A fix has been provided for a 400 response on Assignments and Grades for LUOA’s Academics feature.

2.3.7 12/06/2024 New Features: LUOA has a new Academics page that is consistent with that of LUO based on available functionality. A State Cohort message has been added to the myLU profile to help users stay current with their state code. Users to whom this feature applies will have a link to update their state code as needed. Feature Enhancement: The Institutional Effectiveness card has been updated with an additional capability to provide a single link with an access code for Alumni surveys.

2.3.6 11/07/2024 Feature Enhancement: The “Watch Live” button on the live scores newsfeed card has been updated to be removed once the game has ended.

2.3.5 10/09/2024 New Features: A new card for the TCPA agreement has been added to the priority newsfeed. This feature is being split-tested along with the current popup to gather engagement metrics. Baseline code for a new 1098-T widget is being deployed. This feature will not be available until forms are fully loaded on production in the coming months. Bug Fixes: The Athletics featured game countdown card has been updated to account for time zones appropriately.

2.3.4 9/20/2024 New Features: Priority newsfeed cards have been added as a replacement for popups in myLU for Emergency Notifications. There is also a new MFA card being added to this group of priority newsfeed cards that will promote Microsoft security information updates for our users. Bug Fixes: The “Watch Live” button on the Athletics Live Scores card is now automatically pulling the live link from the vendor admin tool.

2.3.3 8/29/2024 New Features: The Athletics Live Scores card now features a “Watch Live” button so users can access the live stream of the Home football games. The addition of a school district field has been introduced for LUOA, specifically for users who have their legal permanent address in the state of Tennessee.

2.3.2 8/8/2024 Bug Fixes: For the Shared Access feature, a 403 error was inhibiting the UI from loading for guest users.

2.3.1 7/19/2024 Feature Enhancements: Increasing default timeouts to help users with slower network connections. Bug Fixes: For the new push notification storage view, when removing a notification with the blue “new” indicator, the indicator was jumping to a “read” notification as if it was new again.

2.3.0 7/16/2024 Bug Fixes: The quick view for search for Mac OS is now clickable. Clicking on a new push notification red circle no longer closes the push notifications panel.

2.2.9 6/28/2024 New Features: Push notifications are now stored within the notification bell in the myLU application for users to manage going forward. The storage of these notifications are reliant on a user clicking on the notification initially from their device pane. The functionality of reloading the newsfeed has been moved to a button at the top of the newsfeed when new cards are available. Bug Fixes: The quick view links when searching on iOS devices will now work as expected and send users to the desired links or internal widgets when clicked.

2.2.8 6/7/2024 Bug Fixes: Updates have been made to the Email widget on the myLU homepage based on resizing, characters not appearing in search, and color modifications needed for the UI in dark mode.
