This update focuses on iOS 15, making some minor fixes to give you the best experience possible

Picture this! - You can now take pictures while creating an Action Item. - Check out Newforma in the Settings app! If you're on cellular data, you can automatically resize your pictures to a smaller size, saving you time and money. - We have included a handful of bug fixes too.

We have heard your requests and have made two exciting enhancements when creating new Action Items! - You can now choose who the item is assigned to, instead of it automatically assigned to you. - You can now attach your files during creation, eliminating the need to attach files in a separate step. - We made a ton of bug fixes throughout the app.

· You can now view Action Items by Project · Newforma Cloud app is iOS 14 compatible · Other bug fixes and improvements · On devices with iOS 14, we use the new system-provided Photo Picker. Users will not need to be prompted to allow access to their photo library.

We are excited to deliver a full iPad interface! More space brings an improved user experience: •Supported files are automatically opened when on Wi-Fi, you can adjust this setting in the application settings menu •New recent project dialog box to quickly access your most recent projects •Full screen experience for Action Items, File email and navigating project files

•You can now assign Action Items! Action Items can be assigned to project team members, groups or email addresses •You can now filter Action Items by Type •You can attach existing project files to an action item •Handled cases when wanting to attach a file to another action item when the file is already linked/associated to another action item. A sequence number will be appended to the file name. For our Early Adopter Shared Folder users, we’ve added the ability to add information and/or context to a notification when sharing a folder!

•Have you ever wanted to rename a folder or file? Now you can! •Newforma Cloud app is iOS 13 compatible.

•You can now attach photos to Action Items! •We’ve added a type selector to “Create Action Item” dialog. The Action Item Type appears in the list and details views. •You can now view, add, modify and delete discussion items for an Action Item. Let the collaborative discussions begin! A discussion item indicator appears in Action Item list. For our Early Adopter Shared Folder users, we’ve added a new Permission setting: read only with upload capabilities.

- A recent change in the server requires an update to the app to continue to display folder events

• We have updated the app’s navigation options; use the new main menu option (Projects/Action Items/Email) from anywhere within the app saving clicks and time. • Need to create a folder? Now you can (if you have the permission to). We are capturing an event for who created and when the folder was created as well.

•Good news everyone! We are displaying image thumbnails within the list of uploads when you upload images from inside the cloud app or when sharing images from another app to Newforma Cloud. •We did a clean-up of the project selection when filing email •For our early adopter customers using folder share: oYou can now share a folder to multiple recipients, including groups from the project team and mobile contacts (that is a whole lot of sharing!). oIn addition, we have allowed users to revoke access to the shared folder.

We have made some improvements sharing files from other apps to Newforma Cloud! • Users have the option to rename files before uploading • The most recent project/folder used will be automatically populated for quick upload. Along with the option to pick from the 5 most recently used project/folders before browsing. Out of the office and need to reply or forward a filed email? Now you can! New Reply or Forward options open the local email client so you can respond to an email. An additional option is available to export the email (.eml or .msg depending on how it was filed) to any other app to share it.

- Fixed a bug where certain Azure customers could not stay logged into the app after an hour of inactivity or import files from other apps

Users can share files from any application to Newforma Cloud. One or more files are uploaded to the selected project folder. Users are notified of successful completion of uploads and are able to retry any failed uploads.

- You can now use the new Search to filter projects and shared folder projects by project name, number or Quick Scroll. Both features are also available when selecting projects for creating action items. - You can also delete a single file from the files list and file details, provided you have delete permission on the underlying file system.

- We are now allowing for device rotation while in QuickLook when viewing file contents! - Users can view the folder details, activities and shares on mobile. It’s not just on the web anymore. - An improved project layout and new file menus, giving users more control and information.
