This release brings several improvements across the Candidate pipeline and Tasks modules. You can now move a candidate between categories directly from the Candidate pipeline details screen as well as filter candidates by status in the pipeline. Viewing a candidates' attributes is now also supported. In Tasks, we've improved the loading of data when using filters and fixed various bugs to make the experience smoother.

This update includes visual and compatibility improvements. We've reintroduced the app's original font and added full support for iOS 26. We've also updated the Candidate pipeline module by adding new References and Background Check features to help you manage candidates more effectively.

We're excited to introduce the first version of the Candidate Pipeline module. This new functionality is available on the Project Search Details screen and brings powerful tools for managing candidates within the pipeline. With this release, you can now view all categories and candidates in a single, structured view. Candidates can be easily moved between categories, and actions such as hiring, declining or removing candidates can be quickly taken directly from the selected pipeline. The module allows you to search for candidates within a specific category or across the entire pipeline or open detailed candidate profiles without leaving the view. Pipeline triggers with relevant actions are also supported, helping you automate workflows and streamline candidate management

We've refreshed the app's look by updating fonts and icons to align with the overall RecMan system design, creating a more consistent and polished experience. Keyboard shortcuts have been added for key screens to help you navigate the app faster and more efficiently when using iPad. We've also fixed several notification-related bugs and did some general improvements.

In this update we've introduced a improved task filtering option, allowing you to quickly narrow down tasks based on your needs. We also integrated task-related log prompts and follow-up actions to better track your activity. Finally you can also now add or remove attachments to tasks and copy comments using the context menu.

In this update, we've added the ability to comment on tasks, making it easier than ever to have discussions and share updates. Also, you can quickly edit or delete your comments and even mention teammates for seamless collaboration.

In this update we’ve made several important updates to task management. We enabled the ability to edit title, description, followers, connections, and responsible persons directly within the Task Details view. Integrated the option to edit subtasks, giving you more flexibility in managing complex tasks. Also we’ve introduced a floating "Create Task" button to make task creation faster.

We're excited to announce a significant new module to our app with the introduction of Tasks! You can access tasks either from the tasks view in the bottom tab bar or via the details view for candidates, companies, contact persons and projects. This initial release lays the foundation for our Tasks functionality. In the latest update, we've expanded on the well received features introduced in the previous version, which offered various methods to do candidate interviews. Now, you can apply these methods to conduct reference checks as well!

We are proud to present a completely new flow of doing candidate interviews - right on your iPad or iPhone. With this update, you can seamlessly jot down notes using your keyboard, handwriting with an Apple Pencil, or even dictate them while referencing the candidate's CV. Interviews can be conducted using the on-screen keyboard, an external keyboard, or handwritten with an Apple Pencil. If you opt for handwriting, you can easily convert your handwritten notes into editable text for further processing. Please note that the initial text conversion feature supports the following languages; English (United States), German, Spanish (Spain), Italian (Italy) , Portuguese (Brazil), French (France) and Ukrainian (Ukraine). Additionally, the user interface can be customised based on whether you're left-handed or right-handed, ensuring a comfortable experience for handwriting notes. Importantly, the app now supports offline functionality, ensuring that you never lose your interview data, even if your internet connection drops. To further enhance security, we've implemented the option to require Face ID or Touch ID authentication to access the app.
